Ansys licensing Server setup guide

I had a lot of trouble setting up a headless Ansys licensing server for my friends at Eirspace the documentation provided by Ansys is fairly light and addressed none of the networking configuration or where the files were located.
The only headless build for Ansys is for 2022-LTS Ubuntu server. So I spun up a virtual machine running it.
After running grep on the system for lots of keywords I put together a working config.

Security

The server is completely unsecured as well so running it behind Wireguard is required for my use case. This is another issue however as I don't want users to be able to access my local services, as such NAT must be disabled for the Wireguard adapter to prevent connections from leaving the VM.
